How to replace the battery in the Yardian Pro
Overview
The internal CR 1225 battery serves the purpose of maintaining accurate date and time during power outages. If you need to replace the battery in the Yardian Pro, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Prepare the Tools
- A new battery (CR 1225 3V Lithium)
- A flathead screwdriver
- The Yardian Pro smart sprinkler controller
Step 2. Remove the outer cover and pry open the inner cover from the right side
Step 3. Pry open the inner cover from the left side
Note:
After the inner cover is completely pried open, please remove it slowly and carefully because the antenna is attached to the cover.
Step 4. Replace the battery
