Overview
The EPA WaterSense standard uses “irrigation adequacy” as a benchmark to determine if your plants receive proper irrigation. The “irrigation adequacy” is also calculated in accordance with the SWAT (Smart Water Application Technologies) protocol. The Yardian app offers the flexibility to change the level of “irrigation adequacy” from 10% to 160% to best fit your watering need.
Setup
1. Go to the “Program” tab, and click on “Smart Program”
2. Choose the Zone you wish to adjust the level of irrigation adequacy. Change the percentage accordingly.
